90 minutes football performance
TAKING AMATEUR AND SEMI-PRO FOOTBALLERS TO PRO LEVEL FITNESS
WE AIM TO FIX THE PROBLEMS FOOTBALLERS FACE
Match fitness to us doesn’t mean just lasting 90 minutes. It means being able to repeat the same level of technical quality, concentration and fitness from the start to the end of the game, all season long. Many players report to us that they often drop off in the game and/or as the season goes on.
Players want to be match fit but they also want to hit higher levels of speed, power and endurance. There is now a huge amount of conflicting information out there how to do this which has unfortunately resulted in many players being confused where they should even start when it comes to training, recovery and nutrition.
Players are regularly frustrated with niggling injuries or pain and tightness that disrupt their season. More often than not these issues stem from poor movement quality, inefficient movement skills, poorly planned training or lack of recovery.
FULL TIME COACHES
All of our coaches have been working with footballers on daily basis for over a decade. Their combined experience in coaching stretches to almost the century mark!
Whilst we know their practical experience working with players at different levels in various countries provides them with experience , they are also educated and accredited in their respected field

HEAD STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
HEAD OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Over the course of the last 15 years Gary has coached, competed and studied throughout the Football Performance industry in the UK, USA and Australia.
He has coached and consulted with a number of clubs along with 100’s of individuals both on and off the pitch in areas of both fitness and technical/tactical coaching.
This combination has allowed him to fully understand that skill and game intelligence is king but the physical requirements of players at different levels, positions, experience and of course how they can be effective in their coaches style of play are key factors in individual match performance.
Gary strongly believes that for every player to reach their full potential on the pitch they require to be exposed to on-field training and game time, professional general physical preparation (speed, strength and power), professional sports dietitians and sports physiotherapists.
That is what we strive to deliver at 90 Minutes.
