Our Athlete Development Program always begins with a discussion on your current day to day schedule, injury and playing history as well as your performance goals.

We get a thorough understanding of where you want to get to before completing the performance testing to see where you currently are physically.

During your testing session, your performance will be measured across a few different standards:

  1. Quality of Movement
  2. Strength
  3. Power
  4. Speed
  5. Aerobic Fitness

To get a performance report (with recommendations) or see if we can help you, your team, or organisation improve their performance and achieve more, you can contact us and time to speak to one of our coaches. During the call, we’ll be able to assess your needs, desires and obstacles and determine if we’re a good fit.

After your performance testing, your training age and results are taken into account and you’re assigned a training pathway. There is no ‘better’ pathway to be in, as they are all proven to work and improve athletic performance. Naturally, the outcomes are different and that will be reflected in how you train.

In BUILD, you start by developing the foundation for high performance. You get into good habits with sleep and nutrition, you improve the quality in key athletic movements and bring up your general fitness base.

In PROTECT we move further up the performance continuum with a focus on developing a strong, lean, resilient body to keep you available all season long. This is also our base for power.

In UPGRADE, your training becomes more advanced and specific to the game. You have built your base and earned the right to start focusing on speed, power and match specific fitness.

In STAND OUT, you will be developing the 24 hour athlete mindset and be pursuing excellence in every aspect of your life to maximise your match performance.

Once we know where you are at and which training pathway you will start at, we’ll get to work designing your program.

Every program we design is completely bespoke and individualised. Whilst there are many generalised programs out there, our programs are written for you, and only you. In this way, you know you’re getting the focus and attention you deserve.

This is a big leap toward what professional sport offers and away from generic training like functional 45 minute training sessions, HIIT, cross fitness, or a program a player follows off the internet.

Because we’ve performance tested you, understand how you move, and, what you want to achieve, your program is completely customised around your goals and life responsibilities.

Our programs can be delivered both in person to complete at our facility with a coach or alternatively sent to you online to complete at a gym of your choice.

If you choose to train in-person with us rather than online then this is the first place you will start.

During your 1:1 Coach on-boarding sessions, you’ll get to work with our coaches to get used to the environment, the staff and to ensure your movement and understanding of the program is of the highest possible quality.

Our 1:1 on-boarding includes 2 x 1-on-1 in your first two weeks of training to make sure you’re confident to join our small team training programs.

After completing your 1on1 on boarding sessions you will be ready to train in a small group of like-minded footballers .

Our team training is where players thrive.

During team training (6 players maximum) you train under the supervision of one of our coaches.

You will have a heart rate monitor on with intensity displayed on our facility screen so we can be exact when it comes to developing your conditioning.

Our Small Team Training is comprehensively spread out throughout the week to make it accessible to almost any schedule.

With a 6:1 Player: Coach Ratio, you get the benefit of private coaching and the accountability and buzz of a team session.
